Congratulations on taking your first step toward emotional freedom and reclaiming control of your life! Seeking support takes courage, and you've already begun the journey toward healing and lasting change. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, or feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, you don't have to face them alone. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can heal, build resilience, and develop the tools to move forward with greater confidence and peace. Below, you'll find an overview of the services I offer and how we can work together to help you achieve your goals.
I use two evidence-based therapeutic approaches—EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to help clients heal, build resilience, and create lasting change. Every person is unique, so I tailor treatment to your individual needs, often integrating both approaches to support your goals.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a highly effective therapy that helps the brain process difficult or distressing experiences in a healthier way, so they no longer feel as emotionally overwhelming or continue to affect your daily life. Rather than repeatedly reliving painful memories, EMDR helps the brain naturally reprocess them, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity and emotional freedom. Many clients experience meaningful progress in less time than they expected. EMDR can be especially beneficial for individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, or overwhelming life events, as well as for teenagers who may not feel comfortable with traditional talk therapy.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, goal-oriented approach that helps you recognize how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns that may be keeping you stuck and replace them with healthier, more effective ways of thinking and responding. CBT provides practical tools you can apply in everyday life to manage anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and other concerns. By learning new coping strategies and building on your strengths, you can develop greater confidence, emotional resilience, and lasting skills that continue to benefit you long after therapy ends.
